Title: Financing Strategies for Sustainable Rural Water Systems

Advisers: Professor Kristen Sanford Bernhardt (Dept. of Civil Engineering)

This research analyzes a case study of three rural villages in Western Uganda to understand the enabling environment necessary to enable long-term clean water service delivery.
